Fighting Spirit wishes to honour Steven Booth a.k.a Steven Santa Cruz, and Max Repossi. Their energy, passion, and enthusiasm will be greatly missed, and their memory is a treasure to us all. They will forever be a part of the FSFF family. Rest in Peace.

Fighting Spirit Film Festival 2020 took place on the 12th December at the Premiere Cinemas in Romford. Despite the pandemic, we were able to put on a smaller, one-day event where we screened 29 Short films, a special programme of the Dead End Trilogy, Fighter In The Wind, and the first UK cinema screening of Tribal: Get Out Alive with a Q&A afterwards.

Highlights from Fighting Spirit 2019, which took place on the 7-8th of September at the Stratford PIcturehouse in London. This even featured two classic screenings, Dragons Forever (in assoc with 88 Films) and Hero, a seminar on action in feature films, The UK premiere of The Mercenary, and a special screening of Vietnamese actioner Loi Bao, with a Q&A with action producer Jason Ninh Cao, and Action Director Vincent Wang.

Fighting Spirit Birmingham 2019 hosted the UK Premiere of Master Z, and Triple Threat. Scott Adkins also did a Q&A after the screening of Triple Threat.

Video highlights from Fighting Spirit 2018, which took place on the 14th & 15th of September at the Stratford Picturehouse in London. The event featured the UK Premieres of "Debt Collector", with special guests Scott Adkins, Louis Mandylor, Selina Lo, and Jesse Johnson, and "Vengeance", with special guests Stu Bennett, Bryan Larkin, Fleur Keith, Ross Boyask, and John Adam.

Video Highlights from Fighting Spirit Birmingham, which took place on the 7th April 2018 at the Mockingbird Cinema. The day featured demonstrations from former Wushu World Champions Samuel Mak and Steve Coleman, and 4Fighters, screenings of 'Express Delivery', 'Kowloon Killers', and 'Blindsided', and 'Fixer', and of the course, the UK Premiere of Scott Adkins' new film, 'Accident Man'.

Highlights from Fighting Spirit London 2017, where we screened 22 short films, 4 features, and had 4 martial arts demonstrations. 

The first Fighting Sprit Festival took place in July 2016, and featured a mix of features, short films, and demonstrations from various martial arts clubs.
